🎮 The Role: Asset Automation Engineer

This is a 100% remote, full-time gig. We’re looking for a developer who specialises in building automation pipelines, tooling, and procedural workflows to handle any amounts of 3D assets and geospatial data. You’ll be working directly with the founder to bring our visions to life. It’s a role that requires a real passion for delivering immersive gaming experiences and the creativity to tackle tricky tech challenges head-on.

🎲 What you’ll be doing

• Building out robust asset pipelines and automating the integration of 3D models.
• Finding new ways to optimise asset processing, workflow efficiency, and overall game performance.
• Collaborating 1-on-1 with our founder to shape and refine the game design.

🕹️ What You Bring to the Table

• The Basics: You have some solid, hands-on experience scripting and building automation tools or asset pipelines.
• Language Skills: You are proficient in any of the following: Rust, C, TypeScript, or Python.
• Love for City-builders: You know your way around game design principles and know exactly how to implement engaging, fun player experiences.
• Team Vibes: You’re a strong communicator who thrives when collaborating in a remote team environment.
• The Drive: You have a genuine passion for building Triple-I games.

✨ Bonus Points (Highly Preferred!)

• You have experience building with the Bevy game engine, or writing automation scripts for 3D software (like Godot and Blender).
